At CIS, we understand that after enrolling, you may have reasons to be not fully satisfied with the course. Therefore, we have a 3 days refund policy under which you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. If you wish to ask for refund, all you need to do is to reply to the purchase confirmation e-mail that you received from CIS at the time of enrolling for the course with the subject changed to “Refund”.
The above refund policy is applicable in all scenarios except the following:
- If the entire course has been completely viewed or a major portion of it downloaded before the refund request is made.
- If a user abuses the refund policy by enrolling and requesting for refund forthe same / different course(s) over an extended period of time.
