THE DHARAMPAL CLASSICS was extracted from the wonderful work of J.K.Bajaj and M.D.Srinivas who marked the birth centenary of Dharampal on February 19th by publishing a reprint of Dharampal’s major works.
In Indra – The Supreme Deity of Rig Veda, Rekha Rao narrated the birth of super deity Indra in a remarkably interesting manner and explained why it is an unusual story accounted in Rig Veda and why Indra is regarded as the supreme deity in the Rigveda.
In Holobionts: A Theory that Shatters the Myth of ‘Biological Individual, an excerpt published from Merlin Sheldrake‘s Entagled Life, we explained how we often tend to study nature from our perspective but when we reverse the gaze, we discover that we are not separate biological individuals but rather deeply entangled with nature.
Deepika Sharma, a young scholar from Bhopal, published an insightful book review of The Male Brain by Louann Brizendine, in which she explained that this book takes us beyond the nature vs nurture binary by emphasising that nature has a fundamental role in deciding how men and women behave.
